Shipping, Refunds and Returns Policy

DELIVERY SERVICE TO UK POSTCODES ONLY

mollysmelts use Royal Mail 2nd class Signed for all orders.

My aim is to prepare your order and despatch it within 5 working days [Monday to Friday excl. bank holidays]

Orders are fully tracked and can take up to 4 working days to be delivered.

I will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure these times are met, but cannot be held responsible for despatched parcels delayed by third parties, for example due to poor weather conditions.

In the case of failed compensation with the delivery company, we will refund/replace you. It is the case at times that delivery companies incorrectly redirect you to us, this isn’t the case and you must complete the compensation process through them. Whilst we are ultimately responsible, it is up to the delivery company to rectify their own errors in the first instance. We step in in every case where they haven’t fulfilled compensation to you.

If your order is returned to us due to several failed delivery attempts, non-collection or an insufficient/incorrect address, we cannot refund any shipping costs. We are also not responsible for re-sending items to you. Any refunds will be less shipping cost.

Any second delivery attempt once returned to us will be subject to subsequent second delivery costs.

Large volume orders may be subject to additional shipping charges. This will be discussed with you prior to your order being dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

Thanks for purchasing our products at mollysmelts.

As our products are entirely hand produced, there will be minor variations between batches and each individual items.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

RETURN POSTAGE

If your return is a change of mind, for instance if you have picked scents and aren’t keen on them, you are responsible for return postage costs. If the items are defective (wax bars broken in transit does not class as defective), for instance no scent on our inspection, we will refund the return postage cost. Please consider that in few cases, there are some scents which a minority of people are less susceptible to.

After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
